This week we will focus on getting to know our body and keep preparing it to start running. Are you motivated?
We remind you that there is a forum space at your disposal where you can tell us any doubts and feelings.
Here is the plan for this week!
Exercise routines for body position and ankles:
1 – Running on tiptoes while trying not to bend the knees, pulling the arms.
2 – Bring the heels to your butt while leaning slightly forward with the body
3 – High skipping, while raising the knees to the chest, bend the elbows and move with quick and short steps
We recommend you to leave 2 days in between sessions so that your body can recover. We also remind you that the training schedules are general and are not adapted to each body, therefore we are not responsible for any problems that may arise from following the training schedule.
