Training 5km run- Session 7

This week, to enjoy the last days of summer, we propose to do the first 5km test that will help us to know us better at this distance and focus on what points we have to work on harder to achieve our goal.


If you live close to Girona or if you are spending your holidays here, you are lucky, as we are going to present to you a small paradise where you can go running across soft grounds on the shore of a beautiful lake. ¡Welcome to Banyoles lake!

Banyoles is a village located 20km from Girona that has on its ground a lake; this is a unique place that has become a  benchmark for triathlon training. This will be the training point for our 5km running test of this week. We promise to record a video of the journey and to share it with you next week. Download here the GPX file.
